What does monitoring cover?
Not just whether a workflow runs technically: result quality, human handovers, unusual repetition and usage costs also matter. The signals to capture and the people responsible for responding are defined for each agent.
What happens when an error occurs in production?
The agreed failure process takes effect: an affected step is stopped or handed to the responsible person. DTG investigates the cause and impact, fixes the issue and tests the change before release. Response times and availability are explicitly agreed in the support scope.
How are model and system changes checked?
Changed sources, interfaces or models are checked against existing test cases. Previous failure cases extend the test set. Changes are released only after the agreed checks; significant changes include a way back to the previous version.
